By accessing or using Grow Baby Grow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Clinical Disclaimer

Grow Baby Grow is a screening tool, **not** a diagnostic tool. The results, alerts, and charts are based on AIIMS/WHO guidelines and are intended for informational purposes. They do not replace professional medical advice from a qualified pediatrician.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. You are also responsible for managing your own data backups via the export feature, as we do not host your data on our servers.

4. Permitted Use

The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use by parents and caregivers.

5. Limitation of Liability

The creators of Grow Baby Grow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
